I had a decent conversation with one of the friendly staff who really tried to make things right after the chaos at check-in. The drinks they served were top-shelf, and I appreciated that, but honestly, it wasn’t enough to save the experience.

The beach access was fantastic the staff were extremely friendly especially Dolores and Juan from the Hideaway Pool who were hardworking and entertaining. The spa was a highlight as well with exceptional massages. The room was clean every time which made our stay even better.
